Natallia Lastovka received her degree in dietetics from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, and graduated Summa Cum Laude at the top of her class. She gained her clinical experience at Nazareth, Capital Health, Kennedy, CHOP, and other hospitals in PA and NJ as a part of an accredited practice program. In 2015, Natallia became certified as a diabetes educator, and in 2017, she started collaborating with Medtronic as a certified product trainer. Since then, she has been actively involved in changing her patients’ lifestyles by helping them reach a healthy weight, control their blood glucose and efficiently use insulin pumps and continuous glucose sensor monitors.
Natallia founded Nourish Me Nutrition Therapy because she believes that individual nutrition therapy is the best way to connect with her patients fully. This helps develop an open and trusting relationship and boosts her clients’ confidence in making substantial lifestyle and behavioral changes. Natallia lives by the motto “you get whatever you settle for.” She continuously works with her patients on sustaining their motivation, developing mindfulness, and setting realistic goals. Natallia stands out because of her care for her patients, her passion for nutrition and wellness, a growing number of successful patients, and an unyielding drive for improvement.
Natallia stays up to date on the latest nutrition/diabetes research and trends. She is currently pursuing her master’s degree in science in Clinical Nutrition from Rutgers University and is in the process of transitioning to their doctorate program. “In my career,” she says, “I will always continue educating myself and sharing knowledge with my patients so that they can open their minds to pursuing healthy lifestyles and live longer, happier, more fulfilled lives.” She is a happy wife and a busy mom of two at home. She enjoys cooking and experimenting with new recipes. In her free time, she also loves reading, meditating, dancing, and gardening.
