Natalie Tannehill is a Registered Dietitian holding degrees in Dietetics and Communication from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. After graduation, Natalie completed an accredited supervised practice program with a concentration in Medical Nutrition Therapy in Clinical and Community Dietetics, where she earned the Clinical Excellence Award. In addition to her dietitian credentials, Natalie got certified as a Group Fitness Instructor through the American Council on Exercise in 2020.
Natalie specializes in eating disorders and disordered eating. The inpatient and partial hospitalization experience she acquired at the Princeton Center for Disorders helps her care for her patients daily. In addition to working at Nourish Me Nutrition Therapy, Natalie also provides clinical coverage on medical/surgical, pediatric, obstetric, and intensive care units at Saint Peter’s University Hospital.
Natalie takes a “non-diet” approach to her counseling. She believes all foods fit into a healthy eating plan and that moderation is essential to achieving optimal health and a positive relationship with nutrition and exercise. Through individual counseling, Natalie helps foster meaningful and lasting changes while tailoring treatment plans to meet her patient’s individual needs. Natalie is committed to joining and supporting her patients on their journeys to recovery!
In her free time, Natalie enjoys running, lifting, cycling, and yoga. She completed the Philadelphia Marathon in 2019 and has participated in numerous half marathons and countless 5Ks. Natalie also enjoys cooking, baking, music, and spending quality time with her family, friends, two dogs, and three cats.
