Grocery Store Tour Session

At Nourish Me Nutrition Therapy, we offer an opportunity to make grocery shopping a fun and learning experience with your dietitian. The tour might take up to two hours at a local grocery store. The experience may include, but not be limited to education on how to improve the quality of your groceries, how to read nutrition labels, what to avoid during shopping, how to create shopping lists and similar topics. The tour is only for educational and informational purposes. It does not imply Nourish Me Nutrition Therapy purchasing your groceries; however, you may choose to purchase healthier substitutions suggested by your dietitian. Insurances accepted

Most health insurance plans provide medical nutrition therapy, and coverage may range anywhere from two hours to an unlimited number of sessions with a dietitian. However, exceptions may apply based on your plan. We strongly recommend calling your insurance prior to the appointment to check if your plan includes nutrition benefits
